Camana Bay offers multiple parking options for residents, employees and visitors, with the Solaris Parking Garage standing out as a convenient and accessible choice, particularly during peak weekday hours.
The five-level garage provides shaded and covered parking, helping to keep vehicles cooler and protected from the elements. Levels 1, 3 and 4 are fully covered, while most spaces on level 2 are also shaded, offering relief from direct sunlight and rain. Higher levels typically have more availability, even during busy morning and lunchtime periods when ground-level parking fills quickly.
The garage is free to use and designed to make parking easier and more efficient. A digital counter on the side of the garage by the Solaris Ave. roundabout displays real-time availability, showing how many spaces are open on each level. The system uses sensors to monitor vehicle movement throughout the garage, allowing drivers to enter with confidence that spaces are available.

An elevator on the northeast side of the garage offers easy access between floors while parking on higher levels offers an opportunity to take the stairs for those looking to incorporate more movement in their day. From the garage, visitors can easily access the Crescent, Paseo, Market St. and Solaris Ave.
While the Solaris garage is a primary parking hub, Camana Bay also offers additional options across the Town Centre. These include the Forum Lane Parking Garage, which boasts public parking spots on its first level and basement throughout the day and is completely open to the public after 5 p.m. on weekdays and all day throughout the weekend. There are also surface lots such as the parking lot by Foster’s Supermarket , next to Camana Bay Cinema, along Emeritus Drive and lots near 94 Solaris Ave. and 89 Nexus Way.
Together, these options provide flexibility for those visiting or working in Camana Bay, ensuring parking remains accessible across different times of day and areas of the community.
